Mom-in-law’s Gluten Free Healthy Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats (gluten free)
  • ½ cup ground sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt (I use low fat)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together and bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45-60 minutes
