Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup dry oats
- Optional: You can add cinnamon to the mix
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. Don’t over blend! You want flapjack batter and not a smoothie
- Pour batter (your desired flapjack size) onto a pre-heated non-stick pan
- Turn the flapjacks until both sides are golden brown
