Banana Flapjacks

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup dry oats
  • Optional: You can add cinnamon to the mix

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender. Don’t over blend! You want flapjack batter and not a smoothie
  • Pour batter (your desired flapjack size) onto a pre-heated non-stick pan
  • Turn the flapjacks until both sides are golden brown

Serving options

  • Nut butter
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Cheese
  • Or enjoy as is
