Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

  • 400g cottage cheese (smooth or chunky)
  • 400g raw oats ground into powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together and form 6-8 round bread rolls
  • Bake in oven at 225^C for 25 minutes or until golden brown

Additional tips and tricks:

  • I grind ½ cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds and mix this into the batter
  • I love savory toppings such as avocado, tomato with olives or hummus. Believe it or not my husband puts jam and cheese on them. We both like our own versions
