Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats (gluten free)
- ½ cup ground sunflower seeds
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 cup plain yoghurt (I use low fat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45-60 minutes
